Food is okay, very tight spaced, and interesting service. I got Kenny special which is 2 pancakes, eggs, and bacon for 20$. I asked for the bacon on the side to give to my dad because im allergic (I told our waitress this) and she still brought it together on the same plate so I didn't eat the bottom pancake that was touching the bacon. I tried to enjoy the top pancake but it was halfway done, almost soggy on the inside. Not to mention I asked for water and our waitress brought me "Spa water" instead which is supposed to have citrus inside but looked like there was something else inside as well. Another waitress gave me regular water after I asked and was pretty friendly which is why I'm not giving a terrible rating but I was definitely expecting a little bit better experience based on the other reviews. 75$ with tip for 3 people isn't bad though.

What a hidden gem! Great sandwich on a limited menu focused on what's fresh and local. Today I had the specialty "BLAT" which comes w a side salad. Terrific, attentive, friendly service. I stopped by the UPS store for an errand & discovered this place when my stomach growled. Serendipity. Nice open dining room with a couple outdoor tables. At 11;45am inn Monday, the place was verging on full. My lucky day!

Good local family owned ambiance. Solid breakfast option. Street parking. I got eggs and a pastry. Easy wins. Good for a simple meal, in and out in no time.

I first came here during the dark days when I was trying to get pregnant. That was 17 years ago when FOOD just opened. This place and its"s owner Judy became our regular refuge to feed my aching body and depleted spirits. The food was exceptional, fresh and creative. Never disappointed. Especially loved the breakfast specials. We've moved out of the neighborhood around 13 years ago but we keep coming back for of course the food but the people who keep this place going. The same warm faces always ready to greet you. A blessed life is all about human connections. Every neighborhood should have a FOOD. ps my twins are now 15!

Obsessed with the options here. The food has high quality ingredients with great seasoning and flavor. I loved the avocado toast topped with it poppy seeds and garnished with thinly sliced radishes. Vegan and vegetarian friendly options also available! The dirty chai latte was AMAZING. And Eddie was so sweet to make our girls brunch all the merrier with our names transformed into latte art. So insta worthy! The service here is impeccable. Our server, Bastien, was so friendly and attentive. He had great recommendations and checked in on us often. We were very well taken care of and will be coming here again and again!

We were told this is a neighborhood spot and boy, do I wish this were in MY neighborhood. This place is a little like Cheers, where the staff seems to know all their regulars names and in turn, everyone knows all the staff's names as well. We felt really welcome here (shoutout to Rosie and Eddie!!) and the service was great, the food came out really fast, and everything was delicious. This place is a fast-moving little restaurant with fresh pastries and an innovative menu. I had a berry lemonade arnold palmer, the breakfast mama pasta special, and a side of breakfast potatoes. I was worried the pasta special would knock me out, but it actually didn't feel that heavy and adding hot sauce to it made it extra yummy! The breakfast potatoes were also well-seasoned and tender. We really liked the pastry that was kind of like an upside down croissant with caramel tasting notes and a deliciously flaky outside. The salmon was also perfect on the avocado toast and it seems like a favorite here, as all the tables around us ordered it as well. We also had a really yummy dessert that was like a soft, moist lemon cake with cream and berries on top. Everything was so good we had to also order additional food to go for later and buy more pastries at the counter. We will absolutely come back again and I can't wait to recommend it to more people!

Definitely one of my favorite brunch spots in LA. Feels like being at home. All the staff are wonderful, and even know me by name now. The food is always fresh and delicious. I usually try something from their specials of the day, but I've tried most things on the menu by now and haven't had anything I've disliked. The meatball sandwich was the special yesterday, and it's definitely an instant favorite. Judy, if you're reading this, I hope you add it to the permanent menu I have no idea what's with the people who leave bad reviews.

What a cute little market and restaurant! It seems like it is family owned. There is outdoor seating on the side of the building and a small seating inside. The restaurant itself is very organized and we ordered salads because a friend told us that is what to order here we quickly received the order I think since the time we ordered it was less than five minutes which was great! All the produce, and the salad were very fresh! The dressing is light, which makes it a very healthy option! Will definitely be back for their sandwiches!
